(Muskegon, MI) – North and southbound US-31 in Muskegon have reopened, but both directions were closed for a few hours last night. The highway reopened just before midnight, but the Michigan Department of Transportation says the right lane and left shoulder of northbound US-31 are blocked because of the flooding.
MDOT says the highway was closed between Sherman Boulevard and Laketon Avenue.
