(Missaukee County, MI) — The ex-wife of Missaukee County mass shooter Chad Hickman is blaming the county’s court system for him killing five people along with himself on Friday. Katie Hickman tells the “Detroit Free Press” that the county “should be held accountable for what’s going on.” She says every death “falls on the Missaukee County prosecutor who released Chad and let him off all the charges after he raped, tormented, and almost (expletive) killed me and 15 years of abuse.”
Hickman says the county was warned something like that was coming, “and they let it happen.”
