Olive Twp., MI (WGHN) – Two people are seriously injured after a motorcycle collided with a fire truck Tuesday night in Olive Township. The crash happened around 8:45 p.m. at Tyler Street and 136th Avenue.
Ottawa County deputies say the fire truck was turning from westbound Tyler Street onto southbound 136th Avenue when it turned into the path of an eastbound motorcycle. The motorcycle driver and passenger were seriously hurt. The driver was flown to a hospital, while the passenger was taken by ambulance.
The two people in the fire truck were not injured.
Michigan State Police are investigating the crash.
