Grand Haven, Mi (WGHN) – Grand Haven’s Coast Guard Festival kicks off today with the Lighthouse Quilt Guild Show. The letters are up on Dewey Hill spelling out Coast Guard City USA.
Hear all about it in this interview with Annie Lengkeek from the festival office:
The City is reminding Coast Guard Festival visitors about its annual blanket policy. Starting at 12:01 a.m. Friday, July 31, you can place chairs, sheets and caution tape on public property to save a spot for the parade and fireworks. Anything put out before then will be removed. Tents, tarps, rocks, stakes and spray paint are not allowed
Mega 80’s tonight at Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium.
