(Detroit, MI) –Taco Bell is pulling fresh ingredients from some locations due to a multi-state outbreak of an intestinal infection. Nearly two-thousand people nationwide have reportedly been sickened by Cyclosporiasis with Michigan reporting the largest number of cases. It’s a parasitic illness that can cause explosive diarrhea.

Taco Bell says it’s pulling lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and cilantro onion. While Taco Bell is not named as the source, they are taking this precaution due to supplier concerns.
