(Dearborn, MI) – Drivers in Michigan are paying an average of four-dollars-one-cent per gallon to start the week. Triple-A Michigan says that is the lowest average price statewide since April and it is down 18-cents a gallon from last week. The price is down 73-cents in the past month, but remains 72-cents more than last year. Michigan’s highest price is in metro Detroit and Ann Arbor at four-dollars-12-cents, and the lowest price is in Grand Rapids at three-dollars-83-cents a gallon.
A 15-gallon tank of gas costs 60-dollars on average in the state.
