(Atlanta, GA) – Delta is raising fees for checked bags. The airline announced that the prices for both first and second bags are increasing by ten-dollars while a third bag is jumping 50-dollars to 200-dollars. This comes as the International Air Transport Association cites a doubling in jet fuel prices in the past couple of months.
The change affects domestic and short-haul international tickets purchased as of today.
