(Undated)  —  The pain at the pump is intensifying, with the nationwide average for a gallon of regular grade gas now at four-dollars-eleven cents, according to Triple A, up from three-32 a month ago.
NBC’s Sam Brock reports drivers aren’t the only ones affected.
Brock reports the ripple effects of higher fuel prices go beyond gasoline and airfare.

Meantime, Nevada has joined the list of states where a gallon of regular grade gasoline is going for five bucks or more.  Prices remain highest in California, at five-92 a gallon on average. This morning gas was at $4.19 at the Spring Lake Wesco in Ottawa County.
