(Grand Rapids, MI) — Congresswoman Hillary Scholten has announced her husband has filed for a divorce. The Grand Rapids Democrat says on social media that she has “grown an extra chamber in my heart for moms and dads” who have also gone through divorce.
Scholten says she is working for a “future where all can have more choices and say in our lives,” said she has west Michigan’s back and thanked supporters for having hers.
