(Muskegon, MI) – Thirty-eight-year-old Kendra Aney is now charged with escape from lawful custody, malicious destruction of police property, and home invasion for her escape Saturday from Muskegon Heights police. Aney was arrested Tuesday morning after she was found in an abandoned home in Muskegon Heights. Her escape became a viral video on social media, with her seen climbing from a window in the backseat of a police SUV while she was still handcuffed.
Aney had been arrested on parole violations.
