(SPRING LAKE TOWNSHIP) – Charles Martin Freeman, a 38-year-old former administrator at Walden Green Montessori School, has been arraigned on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a juvenile female.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office reports allegations were made over the weekend, and Freeman was taken into custody on Monday after a warrant was issued.
A statement from the school says Freeman was “no longer with Walden Green” as of March 6th.
Authorities do not believe the incidents occurred at the school.
Freeman was denied bond and remains in the Ottawa County Jail.
