Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – Grand Haven Area Public Schools Board of Education will meet Monday night at 7 p.m. at Robinson Elementary School.
Board members are expected to consider approving a “Vision of Learning” connected to the district’s strategic plan. The proposal outlines the student learning traits the district hopes to develop and how they’ll be built into classroom instruction. The board will also look at an alternative agreement with Walden Green Montessori School to continue providing meals through the end of the fiscal year.
In addition, the board will hear an overview of the district’s Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management guidelines and changes tied to state law.
The meeting will end with a closed session to discuss emergency operations procedures related to student and staff safety. Find the agenda here.
