(Muskegon, MI) – The Muskegon Area Intermediate School District is receiving a massive grant. U.S. Representative Hillary Scholten says a 750-thousand-dollar grant from the Community Project Funding program will be used to purchase new equipment for the Career Tech Center and Goodwill workforce programs, including new welding equipment and robotics trainers.
This will help students training for careers in manufacturing.
