Blue Cross Blue Shield Of Michigan Posts Loss

(Lansing, MI) – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan lost 246-million-dollars in 2025. The health insurance company says its new CEO will be paid less than her predecessor as a result. The state’s largest commercial health insurer said yesterday they had took a net loss of 246-million-dollars on their total revenue of 43-point-three-billion-dollars.

The loss was much less than the one-billion-dollars BCBS lost in 2024.
