(Lansing, MI) – The state of Michigan has set a record for students who graduate high school in four years. That rate is now just over 84-percent, a rise of one-point-two percent from the rate for 2023-2024. Michigan’s five-year graduation rate increased by nearly a full percent to 85-point-eight-percent.
State officials say expanded career and technical education, duel enrollment an dearly intervention programs all played roles in the graduation improvement.
