(Muskegon, MI) – The Harbor Theatre in Muskegon is getting a second act as a residential development and will be called Encore at Harbor Theatre. Bruce Bourdon, the president of Randers, Engineers and Constructors, says there will be retail space on the first floor, and the second and third floors will have 11 condominiums from 800 to 13-hundred square feet. Construction is planned to begin in April or May.
Sales will be handled by Fire Star Realtor Brenda Harris.
