Ottawa County, MI (WGHN) – Harbor Transit will operate on Limited Service for the entire service day on Monday, December 29, 2025 due to the winter weather conditions in Ottawa County. The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Winter Storm Warning in in effect from 1:00 a.m. Monday, December 29 till 7:00 p..m. that evening. Good MorningGrand Haven will have the latest starting at 6:00 a.m. Monday.
Limited Service includes rides for the following circumstances:
– Doctor’s appointments
– Medical emergencies including dialysis
– Place of employment (including babysitting)
– Court appointments
– Secretary of State Office (license expiring that day)
– Day Care and Day Care Facilities
– Pickup medical prescriptions
– Physical Therapy
– Mental Health
– Auto Repair Services
– Alano Club
To book a Limited Service ride, riders will need to call 616-842-3200 during operating hours. Riders will not be able to schedule a ride on the Lakeshore Go app until Harbor Transit resumes normal operations.
