Polling from Gallup reveals only about one in three employees say they’re fully engaged at work, which takes a toll on productivity. One way to boost engagement levels and overall job satisfaction is as simple as taking lunch breaks.
So if you’re able, today is a good day to take a little time out and take a lunch break.
