(Undated) – The northern lights may be visible for some in 15 different states tonight. NOAA says it’s due to a geomagnetic storm that push auroras farther south than they usually go. Alaska has the best chance to see the northern lights. Other states that could see them include Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.
Some states that have a chance but visibility may be difficult include Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
