(Muskegon Heights, MI) – An investigation is underway after an officer was shot in Muskegon Heights. It happened Monday morning in the area of Howden Street and East Hume Avenue. Police Chief Maurice Sain didn’t release many details but did say that the officer is expected to be okay.
The Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office and the Michigan State Police are also on the scene.
