Vehicle found submerged in Crockery Township creek

Crockery Twp., MI (WGHN) – Ottawa County Sheriff Deputies and and Crockery Township Fire were dispatched to a vehicle submerged into the creek at the intersection of Leonard/112th in Crockery Township around 1:47 a.m. this morning. The Investigation showed that a 2024 Ford Escape was driven SE on 112th Ave and failed to negotiate the turn at Leonard St. The vehicle hit the guardrail and went through the guardrail into the creek.

The vehicle was checked by Crockery Township Fire and no one was located in the vehicle or in the area. The Ottawa County Dive Team did assist with removing the vehicle from the creek.
