(Grand Haven, MI) – A man is facing additional charges after an hours-long standoff earlier this week in Grand Haven. Officers responded to a report of an assault at a home on Franklin Avenue near US-31 for someone who was armed with a gun and pointing it out of a window at a pair of workers outside. Fifty-four-year-old Matthew Pring was eventually taken into custody.
He’s now been charged with two counts of felonious assault in connection with the incident.
