(SPRING LAKE)—Finn’s Chophouse in Spring Lake is being sold due to health concerns for a member of its ownership team.
In a Facebook post Wednesday morning, the eatery announced that HCK Group (owners of Dockers, Carlisle’s, and Fuel Bar & Refuge) would take over.
HCK is said to keep Finn’s staff but change the restaurant’s menu, branding, and name.
The current ownership team departs on February 1st.
