Frigid arctic air is keeping its grip on Michigan today. Wind chill reading as cold as 25-below-zero are expected into tomorrow and high temperatures are just in the single digits. Animal rescue groups say they have been responding since yesterday to pets that were either in distress from the weather or had already died. Most schools in the state are closed today.
