5-ton weight limit posted on Hayes St. bridge between 16th Ave. & 12th Ave. in Wright Twp.

Ottawa County, MI (WGHN) – The Ottawa County Road Commission has approved and posted a 5-ton weight limit on the Hayes St. bridge between 16th Avenue and 12th Avenue in Wright Twp. The limit has been put in place because of a recent discovery of some structural deterioration at the bridge. Any vehicles exceeding the 5-ton weight limit must seek alternate routes.

This 5-ton weight limit posting is temporary until scheduled work on a bridge rehabilitation project takes place in the Spring of 2025.
