Grand Haven, MI (WGHN) – The Loutit District Library’s Brooks Media Center features a new vinyl album collection and media center area made possible through donations by Burton H. Brooks & the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. The center includes:
· A vinyl collection including oldies to present-day classics
· Cozy listening stations
· New location for public computers and CDs
· Solo or small group study tables
· Board games for in-library use
Additionally, the vinyl collection is currently being used to connect with seniors at the Robbinswood Assisted Living Community, with plans to expand the program to other retirement communities.
