(Kent County, MI) – A tip line is now open to help the Kent County Sheriff’s Office find a missing teen. On May 31st, 17-year-old Penelope, or Penny, Wise went missing from her home near Morley Park. Penny was seen on surveillance footage the same day near Rockford Park Drive, but has not been heard from or seen since. She has blonde hair and braces and was last seen wearing a pink tank top and shorts.
