(Lansing, MI) – A new poll finds Governor Whitmer continues to be one of just a few elected officials with an approval rating higher than 50-percent. The poll from Quinnipiac University found Whitmer with a 54-percent approval rating, and that is consistent with where she has been over the past three years. Just 41-percent of Michiganders, however, want her to run for President.
The survey found Michigan’s two U.S. Senators, Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters, have 43-percent and 40-percent approval ratings, respectively.
