(Cascade Township, MI) – A pet relief area has been added to the Gerald R. Ford International Airport for travelers who have cleared security. The area is at the start of Concourse A and has artificial turf that drains, a fake fire hydrant for dogs, a floor-level water fountain for pets to get a drink, and has wheelchair access.
There is also a trash can in case a dog needs to defecate.
