Chief Judge Bradley Knoll arrested for domestic violence

Holland, MI (WGHN) – An Ottawa County judge has been charged with domestic assault. On December 13th, Judge Bradley Knoll was charged with a count of misdemeanor domestic violence. The Holland Sentinel says a complaint filed against 72-year-old Knoll, says he was charged with assault or assault and battery of his spouse.

According to the pretrial release order, Knoll who is chief judge of the 58th District Court in Ottawa County has been ordered to have no contact with her or her home and is set to appear in court for arraignment on Jan. 9. in Muskegon court with judge Geoffrey Nolan of the 60th District Court presiding.

Knoll has not been suspended but is not presiding over any domestic violence cases according to the Sentinel.
