Government workers sent home as massive storm hits D.C.

It was snowing Monday night in Maryland, as Air Force One brought President Obama home from a holiday weekend. Much of the federal government and schools are closed Tuesday because of a snow emergency in Washington, D.C. Chip Reid reports from the National Mall.
