(Kentwood, MI) – A ten-acre site near Patterson Avenue and 36th Street in Kentwood will be turned into a new four-story hotel and a daycare, less than two miles from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. A Meijer gas station has already been approved for the property. The Muller family has owned the land for about 50 years and say the other 20 acres will remain industrially zoned.
The city has changed the zoning for the ten-acres to commercial and the hotel would be the closest to the airport terminal.
